    WHAT IS YOUR NORMAL DESIGN PROCESS?

Our process is very simple. We will send you via e-mail specifications questionnaire, you need to fill out the appropriate answers as per your design requirements.

Once submitted our design team will get to work and design the project as per the specifications submitted. Once completed we will send you the initial designs for your review. Any changes and suggestions you may suggest during reviewing process will be addressed and submitted to our designers. We will make changes to your designs to the point you are 100% satisfied with the final results.

Once approving your final designed, we will start the coding process for your project and upon completion we will turn your project live on appropriate sales channel such as eBay, Amazon etc. At this point we will continued completion of your eBay listing designed if it was requested by you. Our designer will work with your until the entire design process is come pelted with your 100% satisfaction.

 
    ALL MY DESINGS ARE UNIQUE AND FULLY CUSTOMIZED?

    WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS YOU OFFER, AND HOW DOES IT WORKS?

Once you submitted your requirements, we will request you to pay us 30% deposit. Once your design is completed and approved by you we will require additional 20% deposit and we will start the coding process. Once your project is competed you will pay us the balance of 50% it's that simple. At this time we do accept payment via PayPal.

 
    IS THERE MONTYLY OR YEARLY FEES TO KEEP MY STORE AND LISTING LIVE?

No, there are no monthly or yearly charges for the designs and templates you obtain from us. Once paid in full you own them and use them as you please.

 
    WHAT IS "HOSTING YOUR STORE" MEANS?

'Hosting your store’ means we will host your newly designed store images and files which appear in your eBay store so your buyers can view them on our server. You also choose to host them on your own server if you like.

 
    AM I ABLE TO USE THE DESIGNS CREATED BY YOU AT ANY OTHER PLACE?

Once paid in full you own the rights to your designs and graphics. Upon your request, we will provide you with the complete graphics package for completed project.

 
    HOW DO I UPDATE EBAY CATEGORIES AND PAGES IN FUTURE?

Our code and designed are compatible with eBay's interface. As our code is dynamic for categories, it will update for store design as you update your ebay categories under eBay's interface.

 
    CAN YOU IMPLEMENT MY CURRENT LOGO TO YOUR DESIGENS?

Yes, we can use your current existing logo to your new designs once you provide us with the graphic files.

 
    CAN I DISPLAY ADDTIONAL IMAGES TO MY LISTING TEMPLATE?
